• "Customer" refers to the end-users purchasing products or services from vendors through Xeek.
• "We," "Our," or "Us" refers to Xeek and its operators.

To use Xeek as a vendor, you must:

• Be 18 years or older and capable of entering into a legal agreement.
• Provide accurate and complete registration information.
• Be responsible for maintaining the security of your account.

As a vendor, you are responsible for:

• Compliance with Laws: You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including data protection and e-commerce laws, when using Xeek.
• Accuracy of Information: You must ensure that all product listings, pricing, and information provided on your store are accurate and up-to-date.
• Order Fulfillment: Vendors are solely responsible for processing, fulfilling, and managing all orders placed by customers through the platform.
• Customer Support: Vendors are responsible for providing support to customers, including handling inquiries, complaints, refunds, and cancellations.
• Intellectual Property: Vendors must ensure they own or have the rights to any content or products listed on Xeek.

Vendors are prohibited from engaging in any activities that could harm the platform or violate the rights of others, including but not limited to:

• Using the platform for illegal activities, including selling counterfeit or prohibited items.
• Misleading or deceptive practices, such as false advertising.
• Infringing on intellectual property rights.
• Circumventing platform fees or payment processes.

Using Xeek as a vendor may involve fees for certain services or features. Fees will be clearly communicated to you during the registration process or when signing up for premium services. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in specific terms.

Vendors using Xeek are responsible for managing their orders, including:

• Order Processing: Vendors are required to process orders in a timely manner. Delays may result in negative customer feedback or platform penalties.
• Shipping & Delivery: Vendors must ensure prompt and accurate delivery of customer orders. Tracking information should be provided when applicable.
• Refunds & Cancellations: Vendors must adhere to their own refund and cancellation policies, which should be clearly stated to customers. Vendors are responsible for handling all refund requests directly.

Vendors using Xeek will receive payments through the integrated payment system. Payment terms include:

• Payments will be processed according to the vendor's selected payment provider's terms and conditions.
• Vendors are responsible for paying any applicable taxes on payments received through the platform.
• In the event of a dispute, Xeek reserves the right to withhold funds until the issue is resolved.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate vendor accounts if:

• Vendors violate these Terms and Conditions.
• Vendors engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activities.
• Vendors fail to fulfill orders or meet the standards expected by Xeek.

While we strive to provide a secure and efficient platform, Xeek is not liable for:

• Loss of data, sales, or profits due to technical issues, system downtime, or third-party interruptions.
• Damages resulting from the use or inability to use the platform.
• Vendor-customer disputes, product defects, or misrepresented services.

All content, features, and services available on Xeek are the intellectual property of Xeek. Vendors may not copy, distribute, or misuse any part of the platform without prior written consent.

Vendors agree to the collection, use, and sharing of their data in accordance with the Xeek Privacy Policy. We use cookies and other technologies to enhance vendor experience and gather analytics. For more details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Xeek operates. Vendors agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of this jurisdiction for any disputes related to these terms.

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. Vendors are encouraged to review these terms regularly.
